Our mascot Kubi
My name is Kubi; I'm the proud mascot of Préma-Québec!
I'm a neonatal incubator, a medical facility symbolic of prematurity. I like to say that I'm the house that heals premature babies.
Vulnerable newborns and I team up in the hospital for several weeks, even months. I isolate them, cuddle them and offer them an enveloping care environment, like a mother's womb.
Some families refer to me affectionately as the castle or fortress. They're right; I'm home to little fighters who fight daily with strength and courage under the watchful eye of their precious kingdom.
