Massages in Neonatal Units
Treat Yourself With a Moment of Relaxation
Every month, our massage therapists visit the 18 neonatal units in the province to offer free moments of relaxation to parents.
Lasting 15 minutes, the sessions allow you to relax and alleviate physical tensions due to the stress of hospitalization. Massages are offered on an ergonomic chair, in a seated position, and are provided using various recognized techniques.
Good to know: massages are provided without oil, directly on the clothes.
Every month, we are on site in all the neonatal units to offer massages to parents.

Registrations are made on site a few days before the date of the massage.

Due to financial constraints, Préma-Québec must temporarily scale back certain activities. This includes our massage therapy service.
