Prematurity changes a life in seconds. Behind every preterm birth, there is a child fighting to grow and parents thrust into a world of uncertainty, stress, and sometimes, loneliness.
The Club des prémas is a group of major donors determined to transform the lives of these babies and families for the better. Officially launched in April 2026, the Club currently brings together some fifteen allies.

Members of the Club des prémas embody the organization’s values and share a common vision: providing premature children with the best medical and family conditions to navigate their unique start in life and grow up strong.
An annual contribution of $10,000
The Club des prémas is a community of allies who have chosen to make a long-term commitment to Quebec families of premature children, through a donation of $10,000 or more.
A real impact on families of premature children
By joining the Club des prémas, members do much more than just give. They allow Préma-Québec to solidify its essential services for babies and their parents, contributing directly to the health and well-being of families.
A networking community
Members of the Club des prémas are welcome at Préma-Québec events, including the annual benefit cocktail which brings together allies from the business community and partners from the medical community.
